Garlic, beer and magic in a surprising soup

A gourmet turn to the traditional recipe to reconnect and relax

Sugar is added to enhance that subtle caramelization and, then, roasted garlic, cubes and fresh herbs are integrated, including Salvia, Laurel and Romero. Then, a good broth – either chicken or vegetable – will be the soul of this soup, which will slowly cook so that all flavors are based on harmony.

The final touch comes with fresh cream and a Belgian Strong Ale -style beer, like a Duvel, which gives it a more complex character and additional depth. After a couple of minutes in the blender, the result is a soft and silky cream, ready to serve, adorned with chopped chives for a fresh touch.
